Legend Nepal: Solve the Golden-Block Balance Puzzle
Lift the golden block onto the monastery pressure pad and finish the Excalibur sequence in Legend’s Nepal level.
The monastery objective
The door beneath the statue opens when the golden block reaches the golden pressure pad on the upper ledge. The hanging scales, two ordinary blocks and Lara’s weight provide the intended lifting mechanism.
Raise the golden block
- Face the statue and step onto the right scale. Grapple the small block onto it.
- Climb back to the ledge, then stand on the empty left scale. Pull the golden block onto that platform.
- Return to the right scale. Lara and the small block lower it enough to bring the medium block aboard.
- Step off. The two ordinary blocks keep the opposite platform, with the golden block, raised to the ledge.
- Pull the golden block onto the pressure pad to open the door below.
After reassembling Excalibur
Use the sword to break the exit obstruction, then follow the escape route through the collapsing ruins. Do not assume finishing the balance puzzle is the end of the level.
Keep a manual save before the monastery sequence. Some historical bug notes concern other platforms; they should not be presented as confirmed PS3 faults without checking the affected-version label.
