Enter through the submerged ruins

Helheim begins with underwater exploration around the giant statues and towers. Search the side structures for the mechanisms that open the approach, then follow the flooded passage into the portal room. A visible central entrance is not necessarily accessible before its surrounding machinery is dealt with.

Pass through Yggdrasil

The next section connects the portal, waterfall room and final approach. Use the hammer against the thralls, but keep environmental hazards in view when groups close in. Stop at a safe ledge to reorient rather than backing blindly toward an edge.

Expose before destroying

Out of Time is a multi-level machine puzzle. The route alternates between moving carved panels to expose power nodes and climbing to positions where those exposed nodes can be destroyed. Trying to attack a still-covered node does not replace the preparation step.

Use the lower, middle and upper levels as landmarks. Moving platforms and grapple routes connect them; after each change, identify the next reachable ledge before jumping.

A useful checkpoint habit

Keep the final approach separate from your general exploration saves. A missed moving-platform jump is easier to recover from than losing track of which node has already been opened or destroyed.
